Lipak d.o.o. has successfully applied for the public tender P4D ReactEU - Incentives for the digital transformation of SMEs

Project name: Digital transformation of the company LIPAK d.o.o.

Project description: With the project of the digitalisation the company wanted to upgrade the existing business processes by executing  the following activities:

• implementation of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• implementation of a CRM solution
• digitally connecting the company with its main suppliers
• implmrenntation of the DMS system
• implementation of a liquidation module for liquidation of book-keeping documents
• implementation of a BI system
• implementation of time registration
• digitalization of the production processes

The goal of the operation is to increase the efficiency of business processes, increase competitiveness, increase the digital competence of the company's employees and increase the added value per employee.
